Established in 1989, our staff is made up of experienced, ethical, and honest individuals that include a Bonded and Authorized Immigration Consultant who is NOT AN ATTORNEY; a bonded and Authorized Legal Document Preparer (LDA); a Registered Process Server; an Associate Member of the American Translators Association (ATA); and a Notary Public who is NOT AN ATTORNEY and cannot give legal advise about immigration or any other legal matter.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), is a landmark privacy law granting California residents enhanced rights over their personal information. This includes the right to know what information is being collected, how it’s used, and who it’s shared with, as well as the right to delete their personal information. Businesses subject to the CCPA have specific obligations to comply with these rights and ensure consumer data is handled responsibly. 

  • Consumers can request information about the categories of personal information a business collects, the categories of sources from which the information is collected, the business or purpose for which the personal information is collected, and the categories of third parties with whom the business shares the information. 
  • Consumers can request the deletion of their personal information collected by a business. 
  • Consumers can opt out of the sale of their personal information by a business. 
  • Businesses cannot discriminate against consumers for exercising their CCPA rights.
